Project Summary
My project is a website explaining the history of the Brooklyn Bridge. I have always been interested in untold history and I thought that researching something local would be a good project. I settled on the Brooklyn Bridge after seeing a youtube video about a man who sold the bridge as a scam. My goal was to first write an essay or short book, but I thought that a website would be interactive and more interesting. My goal was to make a website that would be engaging and information-packed. I made an interactive timeline, detailed biographies of the engineers responsible, and information about the structure itself. I hope that you enjoy my website!
