Cooking Chemically

Posted on May 3, 2021 by Salma Salem Leave a Comment on Cooking Chemically

Project Summary

On my project journey, I was exploring the correlation between cooking and chemistry, and finding out how to use chemical knowledge of food to improve cooking skills. I researched many chemical reactions within different dishes, and experimented with these recipes using this new found information to understand what was happening during the process. With this deeper understanding, I was able to deal with these ingredients and recipes in a much more comfortable way. After all of my experimenting, I decided that the b best culminating piece would be an article that details a portion of my work, and some of what I learned
