Project Summary
For my year-long independent project, I wrote four instrumentals and made album covers for each song. I wanted to reignite my passion for making art and playing piano. I also wanted to start learning the fundamentals of art and experiment with music writing. For the art portion of my project, my main goal was to never make the same thing twice and to try out many different mediums and materials. For the music portion of the project, I didn’t want to make the same song four times, but I wanted to keep my style of music consistent. In the end, I just wanted to make art and music that I was proud of.
