Project Summary
What do bulgogi jeongol , bandeja paisa, and chicken slovaki have in common? Well I had no clue how to make them. For my march madness project I combined my love for food and my dream to one day travel the world to structure my project. I
chose 3 cultures that I found really interesting and tried to replicate popular dishes from each of them. I also ate at restaurants around the city and wrote about my experiences for my project.
