Project Summary
For my march madness project, my goal was to create a book that addressed different types of coffee drinks from around the world, as the process in which they are made. Since I can remember, I was always sipping my parents coffee and learned from a young age that I would be a caffeine addict. My love for coffee blossomed the more I was able to taste different types of brews. I tried to go online to find different types of coffees and even looked in various books, but I had trouble finding one source that held most of this information. I would always have at least six tabs open, which became frustrating. This book was designed to give a breakfast overview of the history of coffee, the process from bean to cup, types of roasts, as well as drinks from around the globe.
