Project Summary
For my project, I chose to create a signature classic Italian cookbook. I have always been passionate about cooking ever since I was young. I have always wanted to go to Italy and try the signature dishes of each region. This was the point where I decided that it would be fun to create a cookbook exploring each signature dish of different Italian regions. Unfortunately, I had many problems due to the lack of ingredients available because of the Coronavirus. This made it very difficult to reach my goal of 4-5 main dishes and 2 desserts. I was able to finish 4 main dishes and my main goal of furthering my understanding of culinary arts and Italian culture.
